Langclub started as a Free English Speaking Club in November 2021.
While Langclub provided free English practice, it also had problems. Internet trolls targeted our sessions and caused issues. There were also issues with rude users, and participants who were not speaking English well enough. All of these problems made it hard for our members to improve their English and get the most out of Langclub.
The premium service allows us to have special sessions for serious, respectful users with a high level of English.
With a monthly subscription, premium users can join any Langclub session, including special premium sessions.
Finally, with the revenue from the premium service, we plan to continue to update Langclub with the latest trends. We are developing our service by applying A.I. to give users feedback on their English speech after every session.
Don't worry! Langclub will still offer free services as before! But we'll now issue entry tickets. This is to make sure members only book sessions they can attend, encouraging serious and responsible participation. Free users can join regular sessions up to 3 times per week. We'll refresh these tickets each week!
The benefits for premium users are as follows:
Langclub will offer more than 25 sessions each week, which is twice as many as now. As more people join, we'll hold even more sessions. Free users can join 3 sessions a week, but premium users can join as many as they want.
We will provide private speaking tests each month so that members can track how their English level is improving. If you don’t want to take a test, don’t worry - it is just optional!
The test is used to gain admission to the Advanced Club, and can be a useful tool for those who wish to see how they have improved.
